The St. Pius X School Board is made up of our pastor and parochial vicar, principal and assistant principal, and a diverse group of parents. We welcome your ideas and encourage you to reach out to members of this board.
Our School Board
The areas in which the Board has responsibility and will be consulted are:
Planning – to include establishing a mission statement (vision) and a strategic plan.
Policy formation – to recommend, through the input of the Principal, general direction for administrative action to the Pastor for his enactment.
Finances – to recommend plans and means to finance ongoing educational programs including setting tuition, negotiating subsidy, and assisting the Principal in developing and annual budget.
Selection of the Principal - to participate with the pastor in the process of selecting a principal.
Public Relations – to create a better understanding and support of Catholic education.
Facility Management – to recommend upgrades and improvements to the school facilities.

The St. Pius X School Board was recently awarded the 2015 National Catholic Educational Association’s (NCEA) Outstanding Board Award. This prestigious award is presented to only five awardees from across the entire nation. It has been a tremendous honor to be selected and recognized by the Boards and Councils department of the NCEA.
