Alumni Events

Alumni are always welcome back at St. Pius to participate in parish and school events. Below is a list of some activities that may be a great way for you to re-connect with both the school and your classmates.

St. Pius X Parish Festival (Spring)
Food, games, music and fun for all. Each class performs a musical number on the stage as part of the entertainment. Many volunteers are needed for the booths, so if you would like to help please call the school.

Volunteer Party (Spring)
A party is held for all adult fair workers in appreciation for their time and commitment. Music and food are provided.

St. Pius X Choir Christmas Concert (December)
In keeping with the holiday spirit, the band and choirs of St. Pius X perform a Christmas concert in our gym at 2:30 p.m.

Pumpkin Patch (October)
Sponsored by the Men’s Club, students decorate pumpkins. Ribbons are awarded to students who are selected “the best” in their selected category. The contest is held prior to the Halloween Fest.

GALA (December)
A GALA is sponsored by the St. Pius X Parish and School. Proceeds will be used for capital improvements from upgrading technology to improving our arts and science laboratory programs. The Gala includes a Patron Party, auction, and dinner.

Masses (Yearly)
School Masses are held three times a month, usually on Thursdays, at 9:00 a.m. Each grade plans a Mass including selecting a theme, songs, and acting out the gospel. The grade planning the Mass is shown in parentheses on the school calendar. Everyone is always welcome to attend.

Fish Fry (Lenten Season)
An event held during Lent for St. Pius X families, alumni, parishioners, and friends. The Fish Fry is sponsored by the Mothers' Club and Men's Club. Dine-ins or take-outs are available.

Halloween Festival (October)
Halloween Festival (sponsored by the Mothers' Club) is a fun night of games, food and a haunted house (sponsored by the Men's Club) held on school grounds. Donations for the Cake Walk, Parade of Prizes booth, and the Sweet Tooth booth are encouraged. Adult volunteers are needed to work booths.

Bingo/Pizza Night is held in conjunction with the Family Sunday weekend. Students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests are invited to attend.

Blessing of the Animals
In recognition of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, parishioners, and St. Pius X families and alumni are invited to bring their pets to the school yard for a blessing.

St. Pius X is open to all qualified students regardless of race, nationality, ethnic origin, or handicapping conditions.
