St. Pius X Catholic School is a co-educational Pre-Kindergarten 3 thru 7th grade school that admits all qualified students of any race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, handicapping condition, or ancestry.

Age Qualifications

Admission Process 

1. We will be hosting one Open House this year on Friday, November 9, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with school tours available while children are in their classrooms.

2. If you are unable to attend an Open House, please click here to schedule a tour. Tours are given most Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am. Tours will not be given on 9/3, 9/17, 10/29, 11/5, 11/19 and 11/21.

3. The completed online application is due December 10, 2018. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis.  

4. A $50.00 application fee (non-refundable) must accompany each application.

5. The final decision regarding enrollment will be left to the discretion of the pastor and principal.  

6. The Admission Committee will notify families beginning February 4, 2019.  

7. Enrollment/Registration is due February 13, 2019.

8. FACTS Tuition payment plan must be selected by April 1, 2019. Multiple options are available.

Records Needed to Complete the Acceptance Process:

Please submit the following documents with your admission application:

1. Copy of Baptismal Certificate
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of immunization records
4. Copy of social security card
5. Release Form
6. Copy of First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
7. Copy of report cards (if applicable)
8. Copy of standardized test scores (if applicable)
9. Divorced or separated parents must file a court-certified copy of the custody section of the divorce or separation decree with the principal’s office

Acceptance Criteria:

Registering and contributing to St. Pius X Catholic Church does not affect the acceptance criteria. Students are accepted to St. Pius X Catholic School based on the following criteria:  

1. Siblings of current students
2. Baptized Catholic children of parishioners who live in the geographical boundaries of St. Pius X who are deemed active by the pastor; children of alumni or legacy families as determined by the pastor.
3. Baptized Catholic children of parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their parish school who are deemed active by their pastor.
4. Baptized Catholic children of St. Pius X parishioners who live outside St. Pius X’s geographical boundaries in a parish with a school that has room and deemed active by the pastor.
5. All others - including inactive parishioners, non-Catholics, etc.

Classes are often filled due to a high number of applications. You might consider applying to multiple schools to ensure your child will have placement for the next school year.

Enrollment Finalized

St. Pius X Catholic School is only required to make minor adjustments to its education program to accommodate whatever special needs a student may have and the nature and extent of such minor adjustment is within the sole discretion of the principal of St. Pius X Catholic School.  The final decision regarding enrollment for new students, returning students, students on probation, and class lists is left to the discretion of the administration.
