St. Pius X Catholic School is a co-educational Pre-Kindergarten 3 thru 7th grade school.
Age Qualifications:
Students must be 3 years old by August 1st to apply for Pre-Kindergarten 3.
Students must be 4 years old by September 30th to apply for Pre-Kindergarten 4.
Students must be 5 years old by September 30th to apply for Kindergarten.
Application Checklist:
In order to complete the application process, please complete the checklist items listed below. 1. Submit completed Online Application and pay online Application fee of $60. 2. Application includes: Authorization and Release of Student Records, Policy on Minor Adjustments, and Media Release Policy. 3. Required Records- Submit by uploading in the application portal with a file name indicating which document you are submitting.
Catholic Baptismal Certificate (For applicant to be considered Catholic, their Baptismal Certificate must come from a Catholic Church)
Birth Certificate
Immunization records
Social Security Card
Parents' Driver's License
Release Forms
First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
Report Cards (if applicable)
Standardized Test Scores (if applicable)
Divorced or separated parents must file a court-certified copy of the custody section of the divorce or separation decree with the principal’s office (if applicable)
Acceptance Criteria:
St. Pius X Catholic School accepts students according to the following categories:
Baptized Catholic Children of territorial* parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor; Siblings of current St. Pius X students.**
Children of current employees or non-territorial parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor.
Baptized Catholic children of St. Pius X Alumni or legacy families as determined by the pastor.
Baptized Catholic Children of territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor.
Baptized Catholic Children of non-territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor.
All others - including inactive parishioners, non-Catholics, etc.
Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee automation acceptance.
* Territorial is defined as living within the territory of St. Pius.
** Being a sibling and/or a parishioner does not guarantee automatic acceptance.
Registration and Enrollment
The final decision regarding enrollment for new students is left tothe discretion of the admissions committee. Classes are often filled due to a high number of applications. You might consider applying to multiple schools to ensure your child will have placement for the next school year.
